Since Gyaan God sells digital products including eBooks, notes, and online courses, returns are not accepted once content has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

  1. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement access may be provided if:

  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Download file is corrupted
  • Course access is unavailable
  • Product delivery failed
  1. REPORTING PERIOD

Issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

  1. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Failure to read product details
  • Lack of product usage
